Job summary

Disney Entertainment in Madrid is seeking a proactive Fashion Design and Product Development intern to assist across apparel, accessories, footwear, and home categories. You will help with artwork research, product library maintenance, sample management, and trend forecasting.

Under guidance of the Design and Product Development team, you will organize samples, support showroom operations, and contribute to creative presentations and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; AI image generation a plus.
• Experience with Office 365.

• Knowledge of Disney brands is advantageous.

Responsibilities

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Support the Fashion Design and Product Development team across Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Stationery, and Home categories through a combination of creative, analytical, and administrative responsibilities.

Support the Fashion Design and Product Development team across Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Stationery, and Home categories through a combination of creative, analytical, and administrative responsibilities. The intern will assist with product approval processes and sample management, including artwork research, product library maintenance, market and competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and the development of creative and inspirational presentations. Responsibilities will also include organizing and tracking product samples, maintaining showroom and storage areas, supporting cross-functional projects, and providing assistance to the commercial team when required. All activities will be carried out under the guidance and supervision of the Design and Product Development team. The team needs support to ensure operational efficiency and maintain a high standard of service for both internal stakeholders and external partners. This role will provide valuable support in managing the continuous flow of product samples received by the office, coordinating product approval activities, conducting artwork, market, and trend research, and assisting in the creation of product-focused and inspirational presentations. The position will also contribute to administrative and organizational tasks, enabling the team to focus on strategic and business-critical initiatives while ensuring the timely delivery of day-to-day responsibilities.

EXPECTED AREAS OF COMPETENCE (i.e. Personal Skills & Attributes)

• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required. User of AI image generation experience nice to have.

Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing presentations and visual materials, is essential.
