Veepee is seeking a Product Data Integration Specialist to prepare, structure and standardize product data from brand partners and to integrate it into our systems, including the PIM. You will ensure data quality and consistency, perform pre-production checks on catalogue data and visuals, and collaborate with Buying, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Production teams to support sales campaigns.

The role focuses on product data management and e-commerce operations, requiring strong Excel/Sheets

Formación

• Experience in e-commerce or retail.
• Knowledge of product catalogues or Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Experience in data quality control.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, structure and standardize product data provided by brand partners.
• Integrate product information into systems, including the PIM with references, sizes, colours, attributes, barcodes, prices and stock.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance with Veepee standards.
• Perform quality checks before production, including catalogue data and product visuals.
• Identify, analyse and resolve data issues detected during production.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales campaigns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and data quality.
• Monitor activity and provide regular reporting on completed tasks.
