Huawei is seeking a Procurement Specialist based in Antas de Ulla, Galicia, Spain. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management within an international environment.

You will lead RFQs, cost analyses, and supplier relationships to deliver value and ensure timely delivery. Fluent English is required; a degree in business, engineering, or related fields is preferred, with at least five years of procurement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic sourcing projects from market analysis through supplier selection, negotiation and implementation.
• Conduct supplier sourcing, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure delivery and performance.
• Analyze procurement costs and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Main Tasks: Procurement Environment and Market Insight

• Lead strategic sourcing projects from market analysis through supplier selection, negotiation and implementation.

Procurement operation

• Conduct supplier sourcing, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Core internal & external Meeting organization, recording and summarizing, then publicity if need
• Analyze procurement costs and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Suppliers Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure delivery, innovation, and performance.
• Help manage supplier relationships with key partners to improve performance, accountability and collaboration.

Experience and general requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Purchasing within an international environment.
• Degree or Master in Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, Finance, Laws,Accounting.
• Good communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit; Organized, detail–oriented.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
• Fluent in English
