DE DIETRICH IBÉRICA seeks a Project Engineer for Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona area). The role blends design and construction of turnkey process plants. You will review P&IDs, develop layouts, and participate in risk assessments, with ~25% travel and a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate has a chemical/industrial engineering background and 2+ years in process equipment execution, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in execution of complex process equipment or turnkey plants.
• Proven ability to read and develop P&IDs and plant layouts.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Review and finalize P&IDs and plant layouts.
• Develop control and automation requirements and safety interlocks.
• Prepare equipment and materials specifications, and RFQs.
• Supervise on-site installation and FAT at suppliers.
• Support startup, commissioning, and validation activities.
