ABB is seeking a Process Intelligence & Analytics Specialist to drive end-to-end process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and enable automation at scale across Corporate Functions. You will translate business needs into high-impact use cases and deliver data-driven recommendations that add measurable value.

Formación

• Masters in Business/Engineering/CS/Data Science or related field preferred.
• 2+ years translating complex data into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with process mining, analytics, AI, or optimization.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, SQL, Python, Celonis, Signavio or equivalent.
• Able to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

You will leverage process intelligence across Information Systems and Corporate Functions to uncover inefficiencies, optimize processes, and enable automation at scale. You will also contribute to laying the foundation for agentic AI by building robust process semantics and a fact-based understanding of how processes operate end-to-end.You will translate business needs into high-impact use cases and deliver actionable improvements that generate tangible, measurable business value. You will be encouraged to challenge the status quo, experiment with new ideas, and help build Process Intelligence as a core capability, and a key enabler of the next generation of AI.Qualifications for the RoleYou have a solid educational background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.You have a proven track record (2+ years of experience) of translating complex data into measurable business outcomes through process mining, advanced analytics, AI, or process optimization.You bring hands-on expertise with data & analytics technologies, and experience working with snowflake, SQL, Python, Celonis, Signavio, or equivalent; experience with Machine Learning and GenAI is a plus.You are comfortable working across the full value chain, from data engineering and analytics to generating insights and influencing stakeholders and senior management.You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language to non technical audiences; you have demonstrated success building trusted relationships, and co-creating solutions across functions and organizational levels.You thrive in ambiguity, rapidly experiment, and scale innovative solutions from concept to enterprise adoption, with a passion for Process Intelligence and AI-driven automation.You have experience with IT Service Management and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, or Salesforce; ITIL v4 certification is a plus.You have fluency in English (C1) and hold a valid Spanish work permit.What’s in it for you?We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
