Anaconda Biomed S.L. is seeking a motivated Process Engineer to develop, optimize, validate, and transfer manufacturing processes for innovative medical devices.

You will help scale and improve processes, support technology transfers from R&D to Production, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires experience in regulated environments with strong English skills; collaboration with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Supply Chain is essential, along with maintaining

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience supporting process improvement and manufacturing optimization projects.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes.
• Support technology transfers from R&D to Production.
• Analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define, control, and monitor critical process parameters.
• Design and execute DoE and process characterization studies.
• Support process validation and equipment qualification.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation per Quality Management System.
