We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team and collaborate on-site with one of our key clients: a multinational Tier 1 automotive company. If you have experience in process improvement, layout optimization, and methods and time analysis, we’d love to meet you!

? Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the industrialization of production lines and new product implementations.
• Defining and optimizing layouts and workflows.
• Leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).
• Conducting time and method studies to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
• Monitoring and reporting KPIs related to productivity and process stability.

? What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Process Engineer in the automotive industry.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and layout design.
• Experience in methods and time studies (MTM, REFA, etc.).
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational capacity.
• Availability to work on-site in close collaboration with our client.
