A leading consumer goods company is seeking a Pro Channel Manager in Madrid. The role involves building customer relationships, driving the B2B strategy, and coordinating a sales team. We are looking for Pro Channel Manager to join our Professional Business in our Adhesives Business Unit based in Spain.
This position requires a seasoned professional with strong experience in the professional channel, ideally in construction, sanitary, pools, or HVAC. You will play a key role in driving our B2B strategy, leading by example, and developing our sales force and customer base.
Being a Griffon Ambassador building strong trust‑based relationships with customers to deliver tailored solutions for the professional end‑user and positioning our brand at the top of the Spanish professional market of adhesives.
You will report to the National Sales Manager Spain, but also will have a functional reporting line to the Professional Sales Manager of France and work closely together with him.
