UFC GYM is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver exceptional member service, conduct private and small group training, and drive revenue through Personal Training and supplement sales. You will manage client programs, maintain scheduling, and be a brand ambassador of the Train Different philosophy.

The role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a proactive sales mindset. Compensation is $25.00 per hour, with benefits including uniforms, development opportunities, and wellness

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Able to adjust and operate all fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices, and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Respond professionally to requests from guests, members, and staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; basic record-keeping.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide private and small group training sessions.
• Sell and promote personal training services and supplements.
• Maintain accurate administration of client programs and progress tracking.
• Schedule and manage client appointments; coordinate sessions with clients.
• Ensure clean and organized training spaces and floor.
• Follow UFC Gym policies and attendance requirements.
