What we’re looking for:

• 1–6 years of direct lending or private credit experience with a leading firm.
• Deep knowledge of private market deal structuring, credit analysis, and portfolio management.
• Expertise in originating and executing bespoke credit solutions for sponsors and borrowers.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and reporting for private credit transactions.

Project Info (Requirements):

• Minimum 10 hour commitment per week.
• Remote asynchronous contract.
• Collaborate on a foundational AI lab project. Broaden AI’s expertise in private credit lending and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and simulate complex private credit deal scenarios to enhance AI understanding.
• Build, tag, and adapt lending models and reports.
• Assess and improve AI outputs for private credit relevance and accuracy.
