Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Threat Detection & Incident Response to lead our cybersecurity program. You will investigate and respond to business‑impacting IT security incidents, ensuring timely containment, validation, and recovery.

The ideal candidate has deep cyber defense experience, hands-on familiarity with security architectures, ISMS, and incident response leadership, and can drive strategic initiatives across global teams from Madrid.
