Mott MacDonald is hiring a Principal Structural Engineer to join our Civil and Structural Team in Madrid/Seville or Belgrade, Sofia. You will lead design of power plants, HV substations, and HVDC interconnectors, with responsibilities spanning FEED, drafting, and project leadership.

We seek deep structural engineering knowledge, proficiency with SAP2000/ETABS and BIM, and a track record in energy sector projects. Permanent, full-time roles with global collaboration opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience leading structural projects and FEED activities.
• PE license is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Project management of structural engineering projects.
• Lead FEED activities for structural components.
• Prepare drawings for planning applications and tender packages.
• Coordinate design across multidisciplinary teams.
• Write proposals and estimate project costs.
• Assess existing structures for reuse and safety.
