Job summary

Cytel is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer (Remote) to join our sponsor-dedicated team embedded with a global pharmaceutical client. The role focuses on SDTM/ADaM specification, complex SAS programming, and oversight of CRO deliverables to ensure high-quality data products for regulatory submissions.

Ideal candidates have extensive SAS experience, CDISC expertise, and a proven ability to work independently with strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced biopharma

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Statistical Programmer in Biotech/Pharma clinical development.
• Exceptional SAS programming skills and experience with clinical development processes.
• Extensive experience with CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM/Define.xml) and regulatory submissions.
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities (FDA/ICH) and CRO oversight.
• Ability to work independently and lead programming activities, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM, ADaM specs, datasets, reviewer's guide and define.xml for multiple studies.
• Develop SAS programs to create datasets, tables, listings, and graphs.
• Deliver high-quality programming outputs and validate SAS/R programs for clinical programs.
• Oversee CRO programming deliverables and ensure timelines.
• Support preparation of clinical study reports and regulatory submissions.
• Follow FDA regulations, GCP, and electronic submission guidelines.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of programming standards/sops.
