You will lead statistical programming activities, ensure SDTM/ADaM compliance, and oversee CRO deliverables while supporting regulatory submissions and study reports. The role emphasizes independence, strong communication, and leadership in a fully remote setting with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or statistics.
• 7+ years of experience as a Statistical Programmer in Biotech/Pharma clinical development.
• Exceptional SAS programming skills for clinical development.
• CDISC SDTM/ADaM experience, define.xml, and regulatory submissions knowledge.
• Experience overseeing CROs and interacting with regulatory authorities.
• Ability to work independently and lead effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM and ADaM specifications, datasets, reviewer’s guides and define.xml for multiple studies.
• Develop SAS programs to create datasets, listings, tables, and graphs with complex statistics.
• Deliver high-quality statistical programming results and maintain SAS/R programs across programs.
• Oversee CRO statistical programming deliverables and ensure timelines.
• Support clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and exploratory analyses.
• Contribute to standards for programming tools, outputs, and macros.
