Littelfuse is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design, development and qualification of solid-state protection components and systems. The role requires deep expertise in analog/digital circuits, current sensing, embedded firmware, and power electronics, with a track record of technical leadership.

Formación
- MS in Electrical Engineering or BS with equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of hands-on analog and digital circuit design.
- Expert knowledge of current sensing technologies for protection and metering.
- Experience with embedded firmware or programmable logic.
- Knowledge of power electronics topologies and EMC/product safety considerations.
- Ability to mentor the development team and lead technical efforts.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and qualify electrical designs for solid-state protection components and systems.
- Lead technical excellence and mentor team members.
- Evaluate suppliers and oversee component / process selection.
- Lead testing of AC and DC protection systems.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers or in-house to implement designs.
- Support travel to evaluate suppliers and ramp production.
- Develop and execute protection system qualification plans.
- Provide regular project updates and contribute to planning.
