Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead data analytics projects, build data models, and design dashboards for clients across real estate and infrastructure. You will run workshops, capture requirements, and guide end-to-end delivery with a senior project team.
The role emphasizes selling solutions to clients, modelling business scenarios, and delivering actionable insights with Power BI/Tableau tools.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in an analytic subject desirable or Construction (Civil Engineering).
- Experience in Consulting and business analysis to understand client requirements.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodology.
- Proficiency in data warehousing and data modelling.
- Proficiency in data visualisation software such as Power BI and Tableau.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a project team of analysts and consultants on a range of data and analytics tasks.
- Develop end-to-end data processes and data models.
- Design data solutions in collaboration with clients and their IT teams.
- Build dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and Tableau.
- Prepare client pitches and progress reports.
