EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal Cloud Kubernetes Engineer to design, deploy and operate multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure across AWS and Azure from Malaga in a hybrid environment.

You will implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, manage Terraform-based infrastructure, and ensure secure, observable cluster operations. The role requires deep Kubernetes expertise, strong IaC skills, and collaboration with engineering teams to optimize delivery, scalability and reliability in a modern

Formación

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience with modern cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with AWS and Azure including EKS and AKS.
• Proven IaC workflows with Terraform and Helm/Helmfile.
• Hands-on with GitOps tooling (ArgoCD or Flux).
• Strong observability stack knowledge (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Security best practices: RBAC, network policies, secret management.

We're looking for a Principal Cloud Kubernetes Engineer (AWS & Azure) to join our team in Malaga, Spain in a hybrid working mode.
