McCone Properties seeks an experienced luxury real estate professional to handle high-net-worth client transactions in Dubai. You will represent buyers or sellers of villas and penthouses, price with evidence, and negotiate deals on premium properties in luxury markets.

Expect a commission-only structure; relocation to Dubai is required within 1–3 months, with access to premium listings and a high-performance sales environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-net-worth clients in luxury property or premium sales.
• Proven track record in luxury/property premium sales or sales at top-tier listings.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills on high-value deals.
• Ability to generate and convert leads in a competitive market.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai within 1–3 months.
