Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Graphic Designer in Madrid to produce high-quality corporate presentations and visuals for consulting teams and clients. You will transform complex content into clear, polished visuals while meeting tight deadlines alongside consultants and senior leadership.

The role requires a strong portfolio, advanced PowerPoint, typography, and data-visualisation skills, plus experience with Think-Cell, UpSlide, and Adobe Creative Suite. Fluency in English is essential.

Competenze

• Portfolio of corporate or professional-services presentations.
• Master slides, templates and layouts in PowerPoint.
• Strong typography and data-visualisation skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and take feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Business-level English (written and spoken).
• Experience in consulting, finance or another professional-services environment.
• Familiarity with think-cell, UpSlide or similar tools.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools in creative workflows.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent.
• Experience designing or maintaining brand guidelines.

• Design high-end PowerPoint presentations for client, executive and board audiences.
• Improve visual design and storytelling of existing content from brief to delivery.
• Create custom charts, infographics, diagrams, icons and other graphics.
• Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates, master slides and visual guidelines.
• Manage presentation projects end to end under demanding deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
