Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Presales Engineer or similar position.
• Extensive experience in automated production lines, especially in fruit sorting equipment.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Pre-Sales Engineer

Base location: Valencia, Sapin.

What You'll Do

• The Presales Engineer acts as a technical expert who works closely with the sales team to support the sales process by providing technical knowledge and solutions to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements.
• Visit customer's factory, prepare technical proposals.
• Deliver product demonstrations, address technical inquiries, and create customized solutions that meet client needs.
• Build customer confidence and ensure proposed solution aligns with customer's technical and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
• Perform solution design and ensure product compatibility with client factory.
• Work closely with internal departments to communicate client feedback and requirements.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Automation or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Presales Engineer or similar position.
• Extensive experience in automated production lines, particularly in fruit sorting equipment, bottled beverage packaging lines, and logistics automation systems.
• Hands‑on experience with product demonstrations and solution design.
• Familiar with 2D and 3D drafting software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer‑focused solutions.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Preferably under 35 years old.

Salary

Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
