Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams, selling luxury watches and earning up to 6% commission on watch sales. You will live and work onboard aboard cruise ships around the world.

You’ll guide guests through high-value purchases with product knowledge and care, support onboard events, and help guests imagine ownership. The role combines luxury sales, travel and strong earning potential.

Sell premium and luxury watches at sea, earn up to 6% commission on watch sales, and build relationships with guests from around the world. We're looking for experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams, working on cruise ships around the world. This is a unique opportunity for someone with proven experience selling luxury watches. You'll need strong product knowledge, confidence with premium and Swiss watch brands, and the ability to guide guests through a considered, high-value purchase with expertise and care. Working at sea is very different from working on the high street. You'll live and work onboard, become part of a close-knit team, and have the opportunity to develop guest relationships across the cruise. Some guests may buy in the moment. Others may return several times before making a decision. Your role is to guide that journey with patience, knowledge and strong commercial instinct. This is a chance to combine luxury watch sales, travel and excellent earning potential, with the opportunity to earn up to 6% commission on premium watch sales, on top of salary.

What You’ll Do

As a Watch Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering a premium guest experience and maximising watch sales onboard. You'll welcome guests into the boutique, understand what they are looking for, and use your product knowledge to recommend pieces that feel relevant to their style, occasion or collection. You'll confidently introduce guests to different watch brands, explain features and value, invite them to handle and try pieces, and help them imagine ownership. You'll know when to give space, when to continue the conversation, and when to move naturally towards commitment. You'll also support onboard events, presentations and promotions, using these moments to create interest, generate leads and bring guests back into the boutique. Alongside this, you'll maintain excellent product presentation, support stock and compliance processes, and share your knowledge with the wider team. This role is about more than product knowledge. It requires presence, composure and the ability to build trust with guests who may be considering a significant purchase.

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for someone with proven experience selling luxury watches. This role would suit someone who has worked with premium or Swiss watch brands and understands how to sell through product knowledge, storytelling, trust and a consultative guest experience.

• Proven experience selling luxury watches
• Strong knowledge of premium and Swiss watch brands
• Experience guiding customers through high-value or considered purchases
• Motivation and ambition to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Confidence delivering product presentations, seminars or guest events
• A flexible, team-focused attitude and the ability to adapt to life at sea
• Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage
• A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves being active throughout the day
