Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Banquets Waiter to deliver premier food and beverage service for banquets, meetings, weddings, and events. You will work within Four Seasons standards in a fast-paced, luxury setting, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in banquets or F&B, with strong communication and teamwork, and flexibility to work varied schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in banquets, events, or Food & Beverage service.
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, service, and break down banquet rooms and event spaces per event orders and plans.
• Serve food and beverages during banquets, meetings, weddings, and events.
• Maintain knowledge of banquet menus, beverages, and service styles.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with Banquets Captain, Supervisor, and culinary team for flawless execution.
