Comat is seeking a Soldering Technician to join our electronics production team in Madrid. The role focuses on precision soldering, manual assembly of boards and wiring harnesses, and ensuring high-quality solder joints through IPC standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on soldering skills, experience with electronic components, and a commitment to accurate documentation and traceability. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Formación

Proven experience in electronics soldering to IPC standards (IPC-A-610 is a plus).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Experience with SMD soldering is highly appreciated.
English communication essential; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

Perform manual soldering on through-hole and surface-mount components following IPC standards.
Assemble electronic boards and wiring harnesses according to technical drawings and work instructions.
Inspect solder joints and identify defects to ensure quality requirements are met.
Operate soldering irons, reflow tools, microscopes and measurement instruments safely.
Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Work under space-grade quality standards (ESA ECSS) and industry benchmarks.
