A leading dermocosmetic company in Barcelona is looking for a Pre-Clinical Assistant on a temporary contract. This role involves supporting preclinical studies, coordinating with CROs, and assisting with budget tracking. Candidates should have a degree in Pharmacy or a related field and at least 6 months of relevant experience. High English proficiency is required. Flexible hours and wellness benefits are included.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of preclinical studies.
• Communicate directly with CROs for timelines, logistics, and documentation.
• Assist in budget tracking and basic negotiation activities with suppliers.
• Conduct literature searches and benchmarking of competitor products.
• Collaborate with other areas for smooth study execution.
• Contribute to internal presentations and reports.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of skin biology or dermatology

High level of English

Educación

Degree or Masters in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry

What will your challenges be?

• Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of preclinical studies.
• Communicate directly with CROs for timelines, logistics, and documentation.
• Assist in budget tracking and basic negotiation activities with suppliers.
• Conduct literature searches, benchmark competitor products and studies, and help organize scientific data.
• Collaborate with other areas to ensure smooth study execution and documentation flow.
• Contribute to internal presentations and reports for ongoing R&D projects.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: Degree or Masters in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field — ideally with a knowledge of skin biology or dermatology.
• Experience: At least 6 months in a similar role.
• Languages: English High Level.
