Aliaxis offers a paid internship in Spain focusing on strategic supply chain projects. You will work closely with a senior supply chain team to analyze transportation claims, coordinate with carriers, and implement improvement actions.

The role requires final-year studies in a relevant field, 30–35 hours per week, strong Excel skills, and good English (B2). An international, mentoring environment is provided for professional growth.

• Receive, respond and analyze transportation claims.
• Coordinate with transportation suppliers to discuss service performance and create action plans.
• Follow up on action plans with carriers and implement actions.
• Prepare carriers and country service analyses.
• Respond promptly to customer service inquiries and urgent issues.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond in a timely manner to customer service and follow-up quickly on urgent issues

ABOUT YOU

• Be in the final year of a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
• Be eligible to complete an internship agreement with your university for 30 to 35 hours per week
• Possess strong analytical skills and a solid command of Excel.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Be proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Have a minimum English proficiency level of B2 - French is a strong plus
