A&O Shearman offers a paid graduate training opportunity in Madrid where you will join three four-month rotations across M&A, Banking & Finance, and Litigation & Investigations. You will work with partners and associates on live transactions and cases, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

Our graduate training will comprise of three four-month rotations in different practice areas (M&A, Banking & Finance and Litigation & Investigations). During each rotation, you will work alongside a partner and our lawyers and actively contribute to the day-to-day work of that team - working on transactions and cases, taking real responsibility and gaining plenty of client exposure.
