Job summary

Ingram Micro in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Credit & Collections professional to manage a multi-country portfolio across Europe. You will assess credit risk, analyze financial documents, monitor credit limits and handle collections tasks while communicating with customers by phone and email.

The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to process large data files, and fluency in English plus another EU language (German, French or Italian).

Principal Accountabilities

• Credit Risk: (among others)


• Examine financial transactions and credit history case by case (applications, statements, balance sheets, legal documents, etc.)


• Routinely monitor Credit Limits for compliance.


• Handle big Excel data files.


• Collections tasks: (among others)


• Manage a broad and multi-country portfolio of customers across Europe.


• Manage our collections tool daily


• Communicate by phone and email with customers from several countries.


• Reporting


• Excel well knowledge highly appreciated
