Job summary

ALOHAS in Barcelona, a premium fashion brand, is seeking a PR Specialist to amplify our press coverage globally. You will build relationships with editors, stylists, influencers and celebrities, and you will turn opportunities into lasting coverage and brand moments.

You will lead events from concept to execution, manage gifting programs, and collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Digital and Retail to integrate PR into launches and store activations.

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on PR experience in fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle.
Existing network of press and/or influencer contacts.
Events you have organised and hosted yourself.
Experience with US, France and UK markets is a strong plus.
Data-minded: can show what a placement was worth.
Ability to juggle several launches, events and shipments with careful follow-up.
Creativity, energy and taste for brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships with editors, stylists, influencers and celebrities to maximise coverage across key markets.
Plan and run PR events end to end—press days, launches, store visits and activations.
Develop and execute community and influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage gifting and seeding: decide who gets what, when and what returns.
Secure new communication opportunities in print and digital media.
Identify and track industry trends locally and globally to stay relevant.
Measure and report results (coverage, EMV, reach) and inform next steps.
Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Digital and Retail to align PR with launches and campaigns.

THE ROLE

As our PR Specialist, you are the person who gets ALOHAS talked about: in the right magazines, on the right people and in the right rooms. You report to the PR Manager and work across all our key markets. This is a global role, not a single-country press office.

You build and look after the relationships that put ALOHAS in front of editors, stylists, influencers and celebrities, and you turn them into coverage, collaborations and moments people remember. Events are a big part of the job: from press days and store visits to launches and activations, you make them happen from start to finish.

This is a hands‑on role. You pitch, host, follow up and measure the results yourself.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Build and nurture strong relationships with editors, stylists, influencers and celebrities to maximise coverage and grow brand awareness across our key markets.
Plan and run PR events end to end — press days, launches, store visits and activations: concept, guest list, logistics, hosting on the day and follow‑up.
Develop and execute community and influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns that support brand initiatives.
Manage gifting and seeding: who gets what, when, and what comes back from it.
Secure new communication opportunities in print and digital media, and turn launches and brand news into stories editors want to tell.
Identify and track industry trends, local and global, so ALOHAS is part of the right conversations.
Measure and report on results — coverage, reach, EMV, return per action — using tools such as Kolsquare or Muck Rack, and use the data to decide what to do next.
Work hand‑in‑hand with Brand, Marketing, Digital and Retail so PR plugs into launches, campaigns and store openings.

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE…

3–5 years of hands‑on PR experience in fashion, luxury, beauty or lifestyle, brand-side or agency.
An existing network of press and/or influencer contacts, and the habit of growing it.
Events you have organised and hosted yourself, not just attended.
Proven experience with US, France and UK markets — a strong plus.
