Job summary

Didit is seeking its first PR & Communications Lead to own how the world hears about the company. This full-time, on-site role in Barcelona will drive PR end to end across Europe, the US, LATAM and Asia with the CEO and founders.

You’ll turn growth into headlines, plan international campaigns, and build a repeatable PR engine for Didit. You will manage embargoes, work with top-tier media, and coordinate agencies in each market, while shaping messaging and executive visibility to boost

Qualifications

• Proven experience running PR campaigns across multiple countries.
• Track record of landing coverage in top-tier media (e.g. TechCrunch).
• Experience working with and managing PR agencies.
• Experience at a fast-growing tech startup is a plus.
• Excellent writing and storytelling in English; Spanish is a plus.

We're looking for our first PR & Communications Lead: one person who will own how the world hears about Didit. From funding announcements to product launches, you'll run our PR end to end across Europe, the US, LATAM and Asia, and turn our growth into headlines. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Barcelona office.

Didit is the infrastructure for identity verification and fraud prevention: one API to authenticate, verify and monitor users and businesses.

The mission

Make Didit the most talked-about name in identity and fraud. Today our CEO runs PR for every funding round. You'll take it over, build a repeatable PR engine and land Didit in the media that matter, from TechCrunch to the top outlets in every market we enter.

What you'll do

• Own PR and communications end to end: strategy, storytelling, press releases and media relations
• Plan and run international campaigns for funding rounds, product launches and research milestones, in Spain, the US, Brazil, Japan and beyond
• Manage embargoes, exclusives and relationships with top-tier tech and business media
• Select and coordinate PR agencies in each market
• Turn our AI research, papers and certifications into stories that build credibility with banks and enterprise clients
• Work closely with the CEO and founders on messaging, thought leadership and executive visibility

What we're looking for

• Proven experience running PR campaigns end to end across several countries
• A track record of landing coverage in top-tier media (e.g. TechCrunch) through embargoes and exclusives
• Experience working with and managing PR agencies
• Ideally, experience at a fast-growing tech startup
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English; Spanish is a plus
• Based in Barcelona and able to work on-site from our office every day

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, identity, cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
• An existing network of journalists in the US, LATAM or Asia
• Additional languages, such as Portuguese or Japanese
