Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Spain is seeking a BI Platform Administrator to support Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring reliable services, connectivity and user assistance across IT stakeholders.

You will contribute to evolving the analytics platform by implementing new capabilities, testing features, and coordinating with global and regional IT teams, business users and external providers to resolve incidents and drive governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data/Analytics or related field.
• +5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in BI, analytics platforms or IT platform administration.
• Good knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of gateways, semantic models, dataflows and enterprise connectivity.
• Experience with SQL, databases and data connectivity technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting complex platforms and connectivity issues.
• Understanding of platform administration and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
• Structured and proactive approach to troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Ability to coordinate with IT teams, business users and external service providers.
