Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an analytical Intern for the blades operations in Spain. The 12-month role focuses on mapping processes, data analytics, and translating insights into Power BI dashboards and automated planning tools.

You will work with cross-functional teams to document workflows and improve efficiency in onshore wind power operations. Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Science, or Business Analytics, with strong Excel skills and English communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a University Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digitalization, process improvement, and renewable energy operations.
• Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel is highly preferred.
• Ability to model data and structure dashboards to support decision-making.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational teams to map end-to-end blades processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across projects to improve performance.
• Document and maintain workflows, responsibilities, and data flows.
• Collect, validate, and structure operational data from multiple sources.
• Translate requirements into functional Power BI dashboards and planning tools.
• Support deployment of digital tools to reduce manual work and improve tracking.
