Job summary

ElevenLabs seeks an Audio Engineering & Post-Production Lead to manage a skilled team and drive high-quality audio services for major creators and enterprises. You will develop custom voices, refine audio for cloning accuracy, and guide projects from concept through delivery on ElevenLabs platform.

Remote-friendly role with global collaboration; you will support diverse clients and work across multiple languages and media formats, ensuring exceptional sonic results and scalable production

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related media fields.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of talented Audio Engineers.
• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques.
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality.
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices.
• Join customer calls, support creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer for their workflows.

About The Role

Productions is the 'done for you' managed services wing of ElevenLabs made for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts to unlock human-edited dubs, audiobooks, and more in 15+ languages directly on the ElevenLabs platform.

• Dubbing for some of the world's biggest creators (DudePerfect, Lex Fridman, Andrew Huberman), media businesses (Headspace) and broadcasters (Mediaset)
• Audiobook production for leading publishers and digital storytelling platforms
• Voice creation, sound design, and other audio engineering services for ElevenLabs' largest customers

As An Audio Engineering & Post-Production Lead, You Will

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related media fields
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions

Location

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
