We're looking for a full‑time Post‑Production Coordinator to join our team. This role helps coordinate post‑production workflows, manages schedules, and ensures smooth communication between editors, designers, and other team members. You'll handle client and internal reviews, manage deliverables, ensure copyright compliance, and support the wrap‑up and archiving of projects. You'll work closely with the Head of Production, Post Producer, and other team leads to keep everything running smoothly.

Core responsibilities
  • Coordinate post‑production schedules and calendars
  • Prepare and share post briefs including project context, requirements, team assignments, deliverables, and workflow details
  • Liaise with editors, motion designers, and freelancers to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Organise and track feedback rounds from both internal teams and clients
  • Manage deliverables and ensure timely completion of all post‑production tasks
  • Oversee copyright checks and licensing compliance
  • Archive and wrap up projects, ensuring all materials are properly stored
  • Support onboarding of new freelancers and team members in post‑production workflows
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration between all post‑production stakeholders
  • Help maintain quality standards across all deliverables
  • Proactively communicate lead times and potential risks to clients and internal teams
What we're looking for
Required experience & skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in post‑production workflows including scheduling, feedback management, localisation, and multi‑stage delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Fluent English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus
  • Fast learner with a can‑do attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Based in Barcelona (office‑based with some remote flexibility)
  • Bonus: Confident driver
The perfect fit will also have
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS companies or tech clients
  • Understanding of video editing, motion design, and localisation processes
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms
  • Experience coordinating freelancers and remote teams
  • Knowledge of copyright and licensing requirements for video content
  • Interest in process improvement and workflow optimisation
Working model
  • As of 2025, our full‑time team has been trialing a 4‑day workweek with most Fridays off.
  • Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 2 days a week to collaborate and connect.
  • For this role, you will need to be present more often, especially during the initial training period.
  • Working hours are flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments.
Diversity & inclusion

At Camping, we believe that diverse teams drive creativity, innovation, and success. We are committed to building an inclusive culture where all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability, age, religion, or background, feel valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. We celebrate diverse perspectives and actively work to ensure equal opportunity for all applicants and team members.

What we offer
  • Immediate incorporation
  • €34k‑€38k gross yearly salary (depending on experience).
  • 4‑day work week in trials (Since January 2025, hoping to keep it if trials are successful)
