The role entails developing change management strategies, conducting impact assessments, and engaging stakeholders effectively. Strong expertise in project and change management is essential. Compensation is €400 a day.

PMO Project/Change Manager - Barcelona - €400 a day

James Chase Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Project/Change Manager for my fantastic client based in Barcelona. Our client is discontinuing the use of its current PMO tools (resource management, cost management etc). They are currently assessing alternative technologies to replace the disbanded ones. Once that decision has been made, the required PM/Change Manager will be needed to manage the change for the rollout of the new tool.

Main duties –

• Strategy and planning: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives. Create and manage change plans, integrate them into the project plan, and define business readiness criteria.
• Impact and risk assessment: Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and develop risk mitigation strategies. Identify and manage resistance to change.
• Communication and engagement: Create and implement communication plans to inform stakeholders about upcoming changes. Develop engagement strategies for stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, and build a network of change champions.
