Coforge in Spain seeks a Functional Project Manager specialized in AFS Heavy Maintenance to lead structural engineering projects and coordinate with maintenance teams.

You will support AFS HM Engineering activities, contribute to technical resolutions, and prepare analyses and documentation for operations and decision‑making. Strong communication and teamwork are essential as you collaborate across engineering, production, quality, and planning teams.

Formación

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AFS structural engineering.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Heavy Maintenance Engineering support — Provide technical support to Heavy Maintenance activities, ensuring correct interpretation and application of structural data.
• Structural analysis — Assess damage, repairs, and discrepancies in A32X/A33X/A35X aircraft structures, proposing safe and efficient technical solutions.
• Industrial process management — Apply knowledge of industrial processes and plant operations to improve efficiency in structural maintenance tasks.
• ERP interaction — Participate in ERP‑related processes and technical consulting, ensuring proper traceability and documentation of repairs.
• Cross‑functional collaboration — Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and planning teams to ensure proper execution of structural tasks.
• Technical communication — Prepare clear technical reports, analyses, and documentation to support operations and decision‑making.

Main Responsibilities

• Heavy Maintenance Engineering support — Provide technical support to Heavy Maintenance activities, ensuring correct interpretation and application of structural data.
• Structural analysis — Assess damage, repairs, and discrepancies in A32X/A33X/A35X aircraft structures, proposing safe and efficient technical solutions.
