Una empresa dinámica busca un programador PLC altamente cualificado con experiencia en la programación de Siemens TIA Portal. El candidato ideal trabajará en el sector de maquinaria industrial automotriz, programando sistemas PLC y desarrollando interfaces HMI. Se requiere un nivel intermedio de inglés y experiencia en entornos de fabricación de alta producción. Se ofrece un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y diversas actividades de team building.

Location: On-site (with occasional remote programming).

Schedule: 08:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break).

We are looking for a highly skilled PLC Programmer with solid experience working with SIEMENS TIA Portal , to join a dynamic team supporting one of our key clients in the automotive industrial machinery sector .

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and configure PLC systems , primarily using Siemens TIA Portal
• Develop and modify HMI interfaces , ensuring seamless operator-machine interaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC communications , I/O signals, drives, and servo systems
• Participate in machine commissioning, testing, and performance tuning
• Support production teams with technical assistance during line start-up and operation
• Ensure program documentation is up to date and aligned with internal standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and corrective actions
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a reliable and efficient automation environment

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in PLC programming for industrial machines
• Hands-on expertise in Siemens TIA Portal , HMI , variable speed drives , and servo systems
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in real-time machine issues
• Background in high-volume manufacturing environments (automotive, packaging, etc.)
• Intermediate to upper-intermediate English level (spoken and written)
• Experience in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and performance expectations

Additional Info:

• Possibility to occasionally work from home for offline programming tasks (not by default)
• The role is on-site , supporting a high-profile client in the automotive industry
• Candidates from small or low-volume operations are not ideal for this position
