Allianz Partners is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer within the Advanced Analytics division to own the reliability of the central engineering platform. You will drive SLOs/SLIs, lead incident response, and automate toil while shaping scalable AKS infrastructure and observability across AI services, Java APIs, and frontend apps.

Formación

• 5+ years in site reliability, DevOps or platform engineering.
• Strong Kubernetes operations and troubleshooting in production.
• Proficient in Terraform and Azure resource management.
• Hands-on with observability tooling and alerting configuration.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and GitOps tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain SLOs/SLIs; track error budgets and report reliability metrics.
• Lead on-call incidents; drive response for cluster/network/storage failures.
• Operate AKS-based infrastructure; manage clustering, networking, autoscaling.
• Develop IaC to provision Azure resources with auditable rollback.
• Build observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Application Insights.
• Plan capacity and cost; optimize resource usage and namespace efficiency.
• Automate toil reductions; script repetitive tasks and track improvements.
• Maintain reliability runbooks, backups, DR tests, and change freezes.
• Contribute to CI/CD and GitOps with GitHub Actions / ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with security on hardening and vulnerability remediation.
