Synopsys seeks a platform engineer to scale the SimAI platform, enabling AI model training and deployment at scale. You will work on Kubernetes-based infrastructure and tooling, collaborating with teams across time zones to ensure reliability.

You will design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure with Pulumi, Terraform, Prometheus, and Grafana, while mentoring peers and improving deployment workflows and release practices.

Formación

• 3 years’ experience managing complex Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Advanced troubleshooting and distributed systems design/operation (Kubernetes, Pulumi, NATS, Redis).
• Scripting with Bash; programming in Python or TypeScript.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex development in cloud deployment and maintenance at scale.
• Design, deploy, and maintain platform infrastructure with Kubernetes, Pulumi, and Terraform.
• Scale GPU/CPU compute resources for AI model training and inference workloads.
• Build monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Mentor engineers via RFCs, docs and pairing sessions to raise platform thinking.
