Una startup innovadora de seguridad en Ceuta busca un Ingeniero de Plataforma Senior para diseñar y mantener su infraestructura nativa en la nube. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia con Kubernetes, AWS y automatización de CI/CD. Es un rol versátil que requiere habilidades de colaboración y capacidad para aprender nuevas tecnologías. Se valorará la experiencia en desarrollo de backend y ciberseguridad. Se ofrece un entorno dinámico y la posibilidad de crecer en el ecosistema Web3.

Formación

• Fuerte experiencia en Kubernetes, Terraform y AWS.
• Proficiencia en scripting en Bash.
• Capacidad para programar en Go.
• Comprensión sólida de CI / CD.
• Mentalidad de desarrollador para escribir código limpio.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
• Fuertes habilidades de colaboración y comunicación.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar e implementar infraestructura en AWS usando Kubernetes y Terraform.
• Mejorar y gestionar pipelines de CI / CD.
• Escribir herramientas y scripts de automatización.
• Colaborar con desarrolladores para integrar mejores prácticas de infraestructura.
• Propietario de la salud de la infraestructura.

Position Overview

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and development. You will design, build, and maintain our cloud‑native infrastructure, streamline our CI / CD pipelines, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on versatility, whether you see yourself as a Platform Engineer, a DevOps Specialist, or a Senior Developer with a passion for infrastructure.

You will work closely with our engineering team to enable rapid product development, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the architectural evolution of our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and Build : Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure on AWS using Kubernetes (EKS) and Terraform.
• Automate Everything : Enhance and manage CI / CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to deliver seamless deployments.
• Code and Script : Write automation tools and scripts in Bash and Go to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate : Partner with developers to integrate infrastructure best practices and support service architecture.
• Operate and Monitor : Own infrastructure health, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and resolution.
• Contribute Across the Stack : Work across backend services (Go), infrastructure-as-code, and testing frameworks when needed.

Must have :

• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (EKS a plus), Terraform, and AWS.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and willingness to code in Go.
• Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines, with extensive experience using GitHub Actions.
• A developer's mindset : ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high‑quality results.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn new technologies and work across different parts of the stack.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in English.

Nice to have :

• Experience in backend development with Go and knowledge of hexagonal architecture.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and with local development tools like LocalStack.
• Background in cybersecurity or experience building secure platforms.
• Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Prior experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized systems.
