Alpega is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform team. You will collaborate with Software and Data Engineers to build, maintain, and optimize scalable, secure infrastructure environments that support critical operations and data platforms.

You will manage CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform, and cloud resources in GCP and AWS, while improving reliability, security, and performance across systems and data pipelines. This role requires strong Linux expertise and automation focus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar infrastructure/platform engineering role.
• Strong experience with Linux system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation best practices.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows (GitHub or Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of networking and infrastructure architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and alerting tools.
• Scripting or programming experience with Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
• Basic understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Advanced English communication skills; Spanish is a strong plus.
