Crit Interim España Ett is seeking a Plastic Injection Tooling Project Engineer for our Jaén facility. This hybrid role blends hands-on work on the shop floor with R&D and project follow-up.

You will drive mold developments for P1 projects and support injection tooling development for new products for leading car makers, coordinating with Tooling Purchase, R&D and plants to ensure quality, cost and delivery targets.

Formación

  • Engineering degree required for this role.
  • Experience in injection molding and tooling in an industrial setting.
  • Fluent English; willing to work hands-on in toolshop and production.

Responsabilidades

  • Participate in project RFQ and orient mold/injection topics for optimal industrial conditions.
  • Verify designs for injection process and tooling manufacturability.
  • Analyze Moldflow simulations to orient design, mold specifications, and injection parameters.
  • Define mold requirements and coordinate with suppliers, R&D, and plants.
  • Ensure mold tooling design validation with participation from plants and metiers.
  • Manage steel and machining orders.
  • Support QA and project teams in analyzing injected parts.
  • Drive technical corrective action plans until completion.
  • Ensure status through trials, reports, and documentation.
  • Support plant teams during fine tuning of mold and injection process.
  • Validate product/process objectives and pass process audits and initial samples milestones.
  • Respect project planning, budget, and deliverables.

We are seeking a Plastic Injection Tooling Engineer for our Jaén facility. This is a hybrid role: approximately 50% hands‑on on the shop floor (toolshop and APU, working alongside technicians at the injection machine) and 50% in R&D and project follow‑up.

You will ensure technical mold developments for P1 projects according to QCD, supporting injection tooling development for new products for top car makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in project RFQ: orient mold and injection process topics for optimal industrial conditions
  • Verify plastic part component designs for injection process and tooling manufacturability
  • Analyze Moldflow simulations to orient design, mold specifications, and injection parameters
  • Define mold Requirement File and specificities for mold supplier insourcing, coordinating with Tooling Purchase, R&D, Project teams, and plants
  • Ensure mold tooling design validation with participation from plants and metiers
