Confidential employer in Mallorca is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the waste management facility in Bunyola. You will manage on-site activities, ensure safe and efficient treatment and sorting processes, and lead a shift of operational staff.

The role requires ESO or equivalent, 2+ years in industrial production or maintenance, and strong team leadership. Excel skills are expected, and a forklift license is advantageous for the role.

• Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent).
• At least 24 months of proven experience in industrial production, industrial maintenance, or team management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively in an industrial environment.
• Basic to intermediate user skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Organizing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities across the plant.
• Controlling incoming materials upon arrival to verify compliance with acceptance standards.
• Supervising material sorting, grading, and preparation for dispatch to final waste management destinations.
• Leading, managing, and coordinating on-site operational staff, assigning duties, and supervising execution.
• Ensuring the proper operation, preventive care, and maintenance of all plant facilities and machinery.
• Maintaining rigorous standards regarding quality, operational safety, and environmental regulations.
• Enforcing occupational risk prevention measures for your team, visiting clients, and external suppliers on site.

• Your own vehicle to commute reliably to the workplace in Bunyola.
• A valid forklift operator license is considered an advantage.

What this opportunity offers you:

• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 07:00 to 15:00.
• A gross annual salary of 27,000 euros, distributed across 12 monthly payments.
