Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and resolve quality issues in production, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main liaison with clients regarding quality concerns and engineering changes.
• Implement and monitor corrective actions (G8 D, PPAP), and track quality KPIs and costs.
• Support prototype validation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
