Sanofi is seeking a Planning Process Adherence Expert and Project Coordinator for a VIE contract in Barcelona, Spain. You will support process adherence assessments, maintain the learning database, and deploy key projects within the Operations Excellence team.

The role requires strong supply chain planning knowledge, English fluency, and a Master’s degree. iMove offers international assignments across many countries and functions.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, IT or related field.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in supply chain planning and process adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in maturity assessments to sustain end-to-end SC planning across markets and plants.
• Monitor GOPs updates in Core Model based on changes in process or tool.
• Maintain SC training library on SharePoint and iLearn with latest docs.
• Track Kinaxis Advanced Planning usage in PowerBI.
• Produce support materials and meeting minutes for projects.
• Coordinate deployment of SC priority projects and manage risks.
• Support Core Planning Processes within Planning CoE perimeter.

Planning Process Adherence Expert and Project Coordinator - VIE Contract

Location: Spain, Barcelona

Target start date: 01/12/2026

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in maturity assessment activities that will help sustain the newly deployed E2E (End to End) SC (Supply chain) planning processes across Sanofi’s markets (downstream market SC) & manufacturing plants (upstream SC).
• Participate in monitoring the Planning CoE (Center of Excellence) backbone GOPs (Global Order Promising) update according to new changes in Core Model (Process or Tool).
• Participate in SC training library maintenance activities i.e. ensuring SC Training. Library Platforms (Sharepoint, iLearn) are up to date with the latest training documents.
• Track Kinaxis Advanced Planning System utilization in PowerBI.
• Produce support material and meeting minutes of various projects.
• Assist in coordination and deployment of relevant SC priority projects and ensure that project risks are identified, formalized and communicated.
• Support Projects related to Core Planning Processes inside Planning CoE perimeter.

Experience

Previous experience in Supply Chain related areas (i.e. Production Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning, Analytics, SC Transformation, Digital Transformation, SC Excellence, or similar).

Soft and technical skills

Desire to always keep learning and/or improving. Taking initiative and actively proposing ideas/solutions to make the project “move ahead. Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning principles (Production Planning, Supply Planning, Forecast, Sales and Operations Planning, Product Launch). Knowledge of Supply Chain Tools (SAP APO, Rapid Response/Kinaxis, PowerBI or similar) would be a strong advantage.

Education

Master’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, IT or other related field.

Languages

Fluent English (written and verbal). Spanish would be a plus.
