Empresa Confidencial seeks a motivated Fermentation Technician to join the R&D team working on alternative protein sources. You will operate a pilot-scale microbial fermentation plant, maintain equipment, and support senior scientists in biomass and enzyme production projects.

Spanish and basic English are required, along with a valid driving license. The role is based in Spain and offers a competitive salary with an indefinite contract.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a lab, pilot plant, or fermentation setting.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain, and clean pilot-scale fermentation equipment.
• Monitor fermentation processes, collect samples, and record parameters.
• Support senior scientists in biomass and enzyme production projects.
• Conduct routine lab and equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
