Job summary

Basque Center for Macromolecular Design and Engineering POLYMAT Fundazioa offers one fully-funded PhD Fellowship in Applied Chemistry and Polymeric Materials in the Innovative Polymers Group. The PhD fellow is expected to start in September 2026.

Design, development and characterization of advanced polymers for next-generation batteries will be the focus. Applicants should have a BSc/MSc in Chemistry with strong background in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Science, Electrochemistry and Materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Chemistry with strong background in organic chemistry, polymer science, electrochemistry and materials science.
• Strong experimental and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
