ROVI Pharmaceutical Company in Spain seeks a New Products Introduction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute technology transfer and product variation projects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and acting as liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery. Permanent contract with opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Experience in technology transfer and project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Project Planning and Documentation: Develop plans, budgets, timelines, and team structures; create and maintain schedules.
• Project Coordination: Manage execution, communicate client requirements, schedule meetings, coordinate updates.
• Documentation Management: Prepare key documents (CC, URS, QA, AMT, Risk Analyses, PVP, Stability) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitoring and Risk Management: Track progress, identify risks, support investigations, manage budgets.
• Project Closure: Finalize documentation and report completion; communicate billable activity closure.
• Additional Duties: Provide support for other projects as needed.
