Jobs by Adlanter, a leading international consultancy, is seeking a Pharma Consultant to join the Healthcare & Life Sciences Research Consulting team in Barcelona. Reporting to the Manager, you will own and deliver research projects and build strong client relationships.

You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and synthesize data from primary and secondary sources to generate strategic insights.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in biology, pharmacy, biotechnology or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2+ years in market research or life sciences consulting.
• Experience managing primary and secondary research projects.

PHARMA CONSULTANT

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for owning and delivering research projects, while building strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and generating strategic insights that support client success.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deliver clear and actionable insights.
• Manage and deliver multiple projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customized research solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Synthesize and analyze data from primary and secondary research sources.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a healthcare related field.
• 2+ years of experience in market research or life sciences consulting.
• Experience managing primary and secondary research projects.
