Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Madrid is seeking a full-time Stylist to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will help customers express themselves through style, share product knowledge, and ensure a welcoming, high-quality service standard.

You will support store operations and merchandising, while collaborating with the team to meet sales goals and create a memorable shopping environment, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Passion for fashion and helping others express their style.

Responsibilities

• Creating genuine connections with customers and delivering exceptional 1:1 service.
• Sharing product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Supporting store operations including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
