Formación

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or international equivalent).
• Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Clear understanding of effective teaching, learning and assessment.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging ESL lessons for diverse learners.
• Use assessment data to monitor progress and provide meaningful feedback.
• Contribute to reports and maintain discipline per school procedures.
• Undertake wider responsibilities including form tutoring, extracurricular activities and staff development.
• Uphold safeguarding and student wellbeing standards.
